International Business Department --Team Building to Strengthen Cohesion

(Team Building to Strengthen Cohesion) On the occasion of China’s Youth Day, Our International Business Department, organized a retreat in the beautiful Moon Bay Camp&Resort in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province on 4-6 May.

During the 3-day outing, colleagues tried various development games such as crawler belt by newspaper, climbing sky ladder in tandem, seven-piece puzzle, moving shin guards transmitting golf ball, standing poles and rolling hands, surviving in swamp meadows and archery CS. Team members also threw a campfire party to celebrate birthday for Junlian.

Participants concluded that the team building event was such a refreshing exercise that it strengthens colleagues’ cohesion and morale by fostering tenacity while improving collectivity awareness and cooperation spirit.
